Fiancé Visa Letter
Fiancé Visa Letters are available upon request.
If you have been asked to provide a Fiancé Visa Letter to the Department of Immigration to support your Prospective Marriage Visa application, this can be obtained through the NSW Marriage Office.
You'll need to lodge a Notice of Intended Marriage with us and we can then prepare your Fiancé Visa Letter. You'll have it within 48 hours. Only one person's signature is legally required in order to lodge your Notice of Intended Marriage, so the person already in Australia can lodge it prior to the second party arriving in Australia.

We are authorised, qualified and experienced Commonwealth Marriage Celebrants who offer a complete registry wedding service. The closest government registry office is in Sydney, so the NSW Marriage Office provides this service in the Newcastle, Tamworth and Hunter Valley areas.
Everything for your marriage is included. We lodge all of your legal paperwork, our celebrant performs the legal ceremony for your marriage on the day. Later that day your documents are filed and registered with the NSW Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages.
